Classic European full-body massage is the most common and contains familiar long strokes, kneading, vibration, friction, and percussion techniques.  It is great for relaxation and refreshment. In a "Stress Emergency", swedish massage is an easy and pleasant coping strategy that requires nothing more from you than to let go and receive.  Massage does not just feel good, it also reduces the heart rate and blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, and improves range of motion.

This is a comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the central nervous system with the structure and form of the musculoskeletal system.  It is a scientifically based method that restores normal muscular functioning by employing physiological principles and neurological laws.  The principles of the therapy are used to locate and release spasms and hyperconstriction in the tissues.  During the treatment, trigger points that cause referred pain are eliminated; postural alignment, proper biomechanics and flexibility to the tissues are restored; the strength of injured tissues is rebuilt; and venous and lymphatic flow is improved.
